It's easy to appoint Letting Genie to manage your rental properties; all you need to do is complete a landlord application.
We do, however, recommend you contact us first to talk through your requirements and ask any questions you may have.
Once you're happy to appoint us, you'll need to provide us with some details about your rental property and we'll set everything up.

The alternative way to apply
If you prefer, you can download a copy of our landlord application forms and complete them by hand.
Once they are complete, you can either scan and email them to us or put a hard copy in the post to us, addressed to:
