There are just six easy steps:
STEP 1 - Book a viewing
Use the 'Book a Viewing' button on Rightmove or On The Market to let us know you want to view a particular property. You can check to see if it is affordable here.
STEP 4 - Tenancy agreement
We negotiate the terms of your rental agreement with your landlord and issue a legally binding tenancy agreement.
STEP 2 - Apply to rent
STEP 5 - Payments
We agree a date for you to move in.
You pay the deposit or nil deposit premium and the balance of the initial rent due.
STEP 3 - References
Pay the Holding Deposit and complete the information required by our referencing agent.
STEP 6 - Check in day
The inventory clerk meets you at the property, checks your documents, goes through the inventory and hands over the keys We then inform the Council and Utilities that you have moved into the property.
Your deposit will be held in a government protected deposit scheme, so you can rest assured that it will be safe.
Moving on
When it’s time to move on, we will provide helpful advice about how to leave everything clean and tidy, and to make sure the checkout process is as easy as possible. We will work with you to deal with any issues and minimise deductions from your deposit.
