On applying for any of our properties Letting Genie may provide your details to our deposit alternative provider Reposit, who will send you communications relating to your deposit free renting options, these details will include your name and email address.
Letting Genie use Tenant Shop who are an independent company to inform the Council and Utility Suppliers that a tenant has moved into or out of a property.
Tenant Shop have negotiated competitive rates with a range of energy. television and internet providers for the supply of these services and different insurers to meet any insurance needs you may require. Their service is free and you have no obligation to purchase any products offered.
On successfully completing the application process and confirming the offer of a tenancy to you, your name and contact details will be passed to Tenant Shop to enable the council and Utility Suppliers to be informed that you have moved in to the property. Tenant Shop will contact you with any relevant service and insurance offers. Please confirm your consent for your details to be passed to Tenant Shop by ticking the box.
