Now you have found your perfect property it’s time to make your tenancy application.
The next step is easy.
Call us on 01908 535000 to tell us which property you're interested in and pay the holding deposit.
Your rights are protected under the Tenant Fees Act in 2019.
When you have paid your holding deposit you can complete and submit the pre-tenancy application form on this page.

The alternative way to apply
If you prefer, you can download and complete the pre-tenancy application form by hand, and we will be in touch as soon as we have received it to start the tenancy agreement process.
Once completed, you can either scan and email them to us or put a hard copy in the post, addressed to:
