Landlord Fees

The introduction of the Tenant Fees Act in 2019 has changed the landscape of the property letting sector, affecting landlord fees in many cases.

Some letting agents are now passing on fees that can’t be charged to tenants to landlords instead. Others have reduced the level or quality of service they offer.

The Letting Genie response is different
We are committed to delivering our full range of services and will not be changing our fees to landlords. Instead, we are building on the lasting trust and confidence we have with our clients to expand our business.

By diligently applying our carefully developed processes we can make sure every rental is high quality and that the value of our property owners’ assets is protected.

Our Fees

Our landlords receive a comprehensive range of services, tailored to their requirements. We believe in transparency at all times, so you here is an indicative summary of our fees, inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Please note: Unlike many other letting agencies, Letting Genie doesn’t charge a premium on top of maintenance costs, nor do we charge contractors any commission. Any contractor quotations are therefore the actual cost of the work carried out on your property. Any maintenance work or other services not listed here will only be undertaken with your prior approval.
