Don’t worry, it doesn’t take long and we can do most of the work for you.
There are just six easy steps:
STEP 1
Use the 'Book a Viewing' button on Rightmove to let us know you want to view a particular property.
STEP 4
We negotiate the terms of your rental agreement with your landlord and issue a legally binding tenancy agreement.
STEP 2
STEP 5
We agree a date for you to move in.
You pay the deposit and the initial rent.
STEP 3
We check your references.
STEP 6
We inform the Council and Utilities that you have moved into the property.
Your deposit will be held in a government protected deposit scheme, so you can rest assured that it will be safe.

Arrange for the meters to be read and your new suppliers to be notified

Provide you with a detailed inventory of your new home along with the condition of everything in it

Take photos of anything you would like to highlight to make sure there aren’t any queries when you move out.
Moving on
When it’s time to move on, we will provide helpful advice about how to leave everything clean and tidy, and to make sure the checkout process is as easy as possible. We will work with you to deal with any issues and minimise deductions from your deposit.
